We will provide you with details of the condition of the piece(s) and any damage it may have sustained over the years. We encourage you to ask whatever questions you may have, regarding its state of preservation, its history and estimated period of manufacture. We can forward additional pictures if needed. Just give us the code name of your chosen piece and in which section it is contained.
We are confident in what we sell and want our customers to feel the same way, therefore all our antique pieces (over 100years old) come with a money back guarantee if found not to be as stated within the item description (but for obvious reasons this guarantee does not include the refund of shipping & insurance fees). All goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as received, and by using the same or equivalent packaging material. Any items you purchase from us can be returned within four working days of receipt if found not to be as described. Please email prior to doing this.

All prices are quoted in Thai bahts. Please use the converter in the left side panel to get them in the currency of your choice. They are exclusive of insurance and shipping cost for most large items. To inquire about these costs, once you have entered your selection in the shopping cart, you will have to fill a short form where your selection has already been entered. Be patient, we will come back to you within a few hours (time-difference permits) with these 2 added costs. But it could take a few days for large shipments to very exotic destinations.
We use postal services for all our small items mentioned as “free shipping”. They are safely packed and sent by registered airmail. It usually takes a week to 10 days to receive your parcel. Rest assured that we never had anything lost since we started this website in 2005. It is sometimes financially advantageous to use DHL or other courier services for large or grouped shipment. We will advise you if this is your case.
We can help you ship anywhere the items of larger volume and weight (furniture and architecture, stone & ceramic...). For these, we will use Premier Trans Express (see their web site as an introduction http://www.premier-shipping.com).This is a professional company, also based in Chiang Mai, with a branch in Bangkok, where all is carefully packed. Additionally if insurance is needed, it is charged at 4% of your selection value. Premier Trans Express will provide this option for you in the case of a
sea or air freight shipment. By purchasing more than one item you can of course reduce your shipping costs. Generally the larger the shipment, the cheaper the cost per item.
Customs clearance and transportation charges within the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the buyer, except for prepaid door to door service. Premier can enquire about this service for your voluminous shipment, but it takes longer to get a reply on the cost of transportation.
